Be You is a mental health and wellbeing framework for primary schools and is proven to make a positive difference to the lives of Australian children.

Be You provides the proven methods, tools and support to help schools work with parents and carers, health services and the wider community, to nurture happy, balanced kids.

The Be You website offers health and community professionals access to a wide range of free resources, including information sheets written specifically for families. These resources may benefit parents, carer and teachers to optimise children’s mental health and development.
